Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of €2.50 per order for "Standard shipping".
For the "Standard book shipping" shipping method, we charge a flat rate of €4.50 per order.
Deliveries abroad:
For the "Standard shipping" shipping method, we charge a flat rate of €4.50 per order for shipping costs.
For Switzerland: We charge a flat rate of €7.49 per order for "Standard shipping".
Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
Download products can be downloaded via a link sent to you by e-mail. This e-mail with access data for executing the download will be sent within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
